Why I created the CARES™ Program
CARES™, or the Continuity And Recovery Execution System™ was created by Keith Erwood for several reasons. The top three reasons are:
1. To develop a more efficient system to help more businesses effectively implement business continuity planning.
2. To develop a system that allows for rapid risk and business impact assessments without reductions in quality.
3. To help small and medium enterprises develop resilience plans affordably.
