A Business Continuity Steering Committee is a group of people within an organization that is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the business continuity plan. The committee is responsible for ensuring the plan is up to date and that all employees are adequately trained in its use. The committee also works to ensure that the organization is prepared for any potential disruptions or disasters that may occur.
