Business Continuity Team

A Business Continuity Team is a group of individuals responsible for developing and implementing a business continuity plan. This plan outlines how a business will respond to a disruptive event, such as a pandemic, natural disaster, or cyber attack. The team will work to ensure that the business is able to continue operations with minimal disruption and financial loss.
